1 Chronicles 1:42-44

⁴² The sons of Ezer were Bilhan, and Zavan, and Jakan. The sons of Dishan were Uz and Aran.

⁴³ These be the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before that a king was on the sons of Israel (before that the Israelites had a king). Bela, the son of Beor; and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

⁴⁴ And when Bela was dead, and Jobab (then Jobab), the son of Zerah of Bozrah, reigned for him.
